Exchange/Return/Refund policy.
We are here to serve you to the best of our capabilities and hope you have a satisfied shopping experience with us.
1. We accept returns as long as the garment is in its original condition, with the tags and packaging attached as long as we are informed within 48hours of Delivery. Please email us with your order id and concern at Support@rozesclothing.com
2. Once your return is approved via email, we'll share our address for you to courier it back. Once we receive it, we'll do a quick quality check and get back to you within the next 48 hours.
The customer has the option to Exchange the piece for a different style, size or color.
In case of refund, the amount will be adjusted against STORE CREDIT valid for 30days from the date of issuing.
Refund back to source is applicable only in case a manufacturing defect occurs, inspected and verified at our end.
3. Exchange timeline is subject to availability of stock. While we will try our best to dispatch your piece at the earliest, it may not always be possible to immediately ship out the size you require.
4. The reverse shipping in case of exchange is to be borne by the customer and the forward shipping of the exchanged product will be on us.
WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGE ONCE and request you to be sincere while selecting the right size and ask questions from the support team if required.
5. Rozes Clothing reserves the right to approve or reject any returns and all decisions shall be final.
6. Pieces that are customised cannot be returned or exchanged. Prepaid orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
7. Once placed, in case you'd like to cancel your order, please inform us immediately via email/ Instagram dm. In case of any hesitations, feel free to reach us.
